We make it easy - no interest, no credit check, just set up your payments and you’re good to go!

A SIMPLE PROCESS
We want to make this as easy as possible for you to own land!
FIRST: We ask that you pay the down payment and document fee per the link provided - either directly or located in the Land Gallery. You’ll be asked for some basic information - Name, Address, Email, Phone. And then you can pay by various means.
SECOND: We’ll then complete a Promissory Note with the payment terms on it and have you sign it electronically.
THIRD: Next, we’ll set you up on an automated system to make the monthly payments (it's called “GeekPay”) so that it’s deducted automatically each month - this can be from a credit card or a bank account.
FINALLY: When you’ve paid off the Note, the Deed will be transferred to you and you’ll have full use of your new property to enjoy for your lifetime! You’ll aways be issued a Warranty Deed from Dakota Skyhook, which is the highest level of Deed you can get in Oregon.
